Hot, rude and confident are a group of new generation ladies, who spit at patriarchy, kick them in the balls and strut away with an attitude that is often mistaken to be arrogance.
Being hot, rude and confident is not an easy task. It often involves nonconformity to the singular standards of beauty, age old traditions and sexism. Being hot, rude and confident is like being a grass, initially, until the storm comes and everything is uprooted except you.
But who are the hot, rude and confident?
Hot, rude and confident are women who believe in the au naturel guffaw instead of the coquettish giggle. These women believe in fighting their own battles instead of being pliant damsels waiting for their knights. They are confident and do not believe in keeping quiet, they are actually very vocal about what they think. So if you are hot, rude and confident then you sure as hell don’t believe in sugar coating your words because excessive sugar is not good for the teeth and you would rather be straightforward, assertive and frank. But despite your humble initiatives you often come off as #blunt and #disrespectful.
You are hot, rude and confident if you are selfish. You are a good person and believe in the good of the society but not to the point that your altruism makes you a doormat and sacrificing your happiness becomes a daily chore. You are your first priority; you believe in working hard and enjoying harder and damn the world if they call you selfish because you have earned the right to be selfish. A middle finger to those who think you should not spend money on shopping for yourself, a tata to those who say you shouldn’t travel so much and kick on the ass for those who stop you from being selfish.
You are hot, rude and confident if you are smart, intelligent and logical. You don’t follow traditions just because it has been passed on through many generations. You are analytical and self-loving. And also because Buddha says:
“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumoured by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”
Sometimes hot, rude and confident women feel lonely because often you find yourself surrounded by people who are constantly bringing you down and you have no one to fall back on. But remember, you are a powerhouse and just like an entire jungle is under one lion you too are a leader and a one woman army.
